Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduTrack-PH and its official Facebook Messenger Bot for Tropical Village National High School (TVNHS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable school regulations and laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Description of Service

EduTrack-PH is an automated school monitoring and communication platform designed to provide real-time student gate attendance notifications, class schedules, and automated school policy assistance to verified parents and guardians.

3. Account Linking & Security

Parents/guardians must verify their identity using their student's official Learner Reference Number (LRN) and registered security PIN. Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their linking credentials.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to use the automated Messenger service to spam, flood the server, attempt unauthorized access to other student records, or disrupt educational operations.

5. Service Modifications & Termination

TVNHS and EduTrack-PH reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. Users can disconnect or delete their account association anytime by typing UNLINK in Messenger or visiting our Data Deletion Instructions page.
