User Data Deletion Instructions

According to the Facebook Platform Rules and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and account associations collected through the EduTrack-PH / TVNHS Facebook Messenger Bot.
How to Delete Your Data from EduTrack-PH
You can request or execute the deletion of your Facebook Messenger data using any of the three simple methods below:
Instant Self-Service Deletion via Messenger Recommended
You can instantly remove your Facebook Messenger association (Page-Scoped ID) and stop all automated attendance alerts directly inside your chat:
- Open your Facebook Messenger chat with the official Tropical Village National High School page.
- Send the message: UNLINK or DISCONNECT.
- Our system will immediately delete your Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID) from our student database.
- You will instantly receive a confirmation message that your account has been disconnected and your Messenger link is permanently deleted.
Remove via Facebook Account Settings
You can remove EduTrack-PH permissions directly through your Facebook profile:
- Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites on the left menu.
- Search for EduTrack-PH (or Tropical Village National High School).
- Click Remove to revoke all data permissions and delete associated app data.
Submit a Data Deletion Request to the Data Protection Officer
If you wish to request a complete purge of any stored contact details, email our Data Privacy & System Administration Team:

- Institution: Tropical Village National High School (TVNHS), General Trias, Cavite
- Processing Time: Manual deletion requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
What Data Is Deleted?
When you execute or request data deletion:
- Your Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID) is completely removed from our active database.
- All automated attendance broadcast subscriptions for your Messenger account are terminated.
- Temporary conversation contexts stored in our server cache are permanently erased.
